Nylon Insert Lock Nut

Lock nut is a kind of nut widely used in machinery and other industries. Its working principle is to use the friction between nut and bolt for self-locking.

The anti loosing effect of the lock nut mainly depends on the interaction force between the screw thread and the nut. There are many ways to improve the interaction force between meshing threads, such as structural improvement of nut thread, nylon roughening of nylon nut, surface treatment of thread, etc

We call it Nylon Lock Nut , because it relys on nylon washer to play a locking role of the nut. We also call it as Ni cap. It is mainly used with threaded Screws or bolts and other connectors. After locking, the nylon ring will deform and fill the gap of connectors at both ends, so as to play a locking role.
